Can we talk about the guy at the Ansley Park hardware store who said my gutter downspout was draining onto my foundation?
He told me a 6 foot splash block off the downspout had been letting water pool 3 inches from my crawl space for a while, and now I'm wondering if anyone else in town has dealt with a soggy crawl after a rainy spring.

Isn't 3 inches from the crawl space pretty normal after a wet spring?
