Update: Full remote work left me feeling cut off from coworkers.
I miss the daily office chats and quick talks. How do you build team spirit when everyone works from home?

Funny you mention that, because my friend's team started a weekly virtual coffee chat just to hang out. It was awkward at first, but after a few weeks people opened up and joked around like old times. That regular casual time really helped them feel like a team again.
