Wrote off DuckDuckGo's bang shortcuts for ages, then mapped 14 archives with one
I figured the !bang thing was a gimmick until I needed Federal Register notices from before 1994 and every Google search gave me junk. Typing !ia straight into the box dropped me into the Internet Archive's full text search in one step, no menus. Cut my hunt for a 1978 pipeline hearing transcript from an afternoon down to 20 minutes. Anyone got other bangs worth memorizing for gov docs or old newspapers?
