Unpopular opinion: skip the permit for a water heater swap in Bernalillo County and you will pay for it at resale
I pulled a permit for my own swap on a Tuesday and had it signed off by Thursday for under $60, while my neighbor skipped his and got flagged during a buyer's inspection. Has anyone else had a title company ask for the permit receipt on a house built in the 70s?
