That one time a ceiling mount saved the day (and sparked a debate)
I finally fixed a tricky false alarm by moving a motion sensor to the ceiling instead of the wall. This has me debating if ceiling mounts are always better for avoiding issues (like pets or fans), or if wall mounts are just easier to work with later on. What do you all think is the smarter move in most homes?

For example, if you have cats that climb furniture, would a ceiling mount still avoid them? Also, what about the sensor's angle and range when it's on the ceiling compared to the wall?
