Heard a customer in Tampa say they never arm their system because the code is too hard to remember.

I used to think complex codes were better, but now I just set them to something simple like their house number. How do you guys handle code setup to make sure systems actually get used?

My buddy in St. Pete uses the last four of their phone number, which seems to work for them.

Consider how many people have that same four digit combo in their contacts. It's a real risk if your phone gets lost or hacked. Better to pick something totally random.
