Crimp bevels facing the wrong way, part 3 of 6 today

Went on a service call in Tacoma this morning. Existing DSC panel, keypad dead. Found the harness pins had been crimped backwards. Bevel facing out instead of in. That's the third one this week on new installs. The bevel needs to face the wire insert side, otherwise the pin hangs in the shell and loses contact after a few open/close cycles. I carry a cheap jeweler's loupe now, ten bucks on Amazon, check every connector before I leave the panel. How many of you actually look at the pin before seating it, or do you just trust the crimper? Saved me a callback every time.
