My brother in law told me my air fryer was just a tiny oven, and now I can't stop thinking about it
We were standing in my kitchen in Tulsa on Thanksgiving and he said it while watching me do brussels sprouts at 390 for 18 minutes, and it kind of bugged me because he's not wrong. I've been doing frozen wings, salmon, and leftover pizza in this thing for 2 years and honestly I don't know if it does anything a sheet pan in my real oven couldn't. So what recipes actually justify the air fryer, not just faster or smaller oven stuff?
