Just realized I blew $60 on a 'minimalist' desk mat that looks like a smudge in every photo I take
I got this gray felt desk mat from a shop on Etsy back in March because the listing pics made my keyboard look like some clean setup account. Turns out the felt is so fuzzy that my desk lamp casts these crazy shadows across it, and when I zoom in on photos, the texture looks like a topo map of some mountain range I never noticed. Is that weird shadow texture actually worth something if I framed a shot of it, or am I just trying to make myself feel better about the $60?
