Sick of people calling a site "dead" just cause the guestbook stopped taking entries in 2004
A site at a static IP out of Dayton is still serving its full 1998 recipe index fine, the only thing gone is the guestbook script, and that is not the same as dead. Does the Wayback Machine still count the whole thing as lost if the main pages load but the cgi-bin directory 404s?
