My WebRing config file gave me a 404 for three months
I finally dug into my old Angelfire site last weekend and noticed my WebRing widget had been dead since March, turns out I had the ring ID number wrong in the config. After fixing that one digit, the widget came back and my guestbook actually got three new entries from strangers that same week. Has anyone else had a tiny typo like that silently break their site for months?
