My neighbor's rule about blinking gifs on my GeoCities page turned out right
Back in 1998 my neighbor Dale in Spokane said "cap it at two blinking things per page" and I ignored him, then a guestbook visitor said my hamster fan page gave them a headache, so now I want to know: what's your hard limit on animated gifs before you hit the back button?
